Graaff-Reinet - De Kothuize

De Kothuize consists of three lovingly-restored classic Cape Karoo houses (four- and five-star) in historic Graaff-Reinet, Eastern Province. All three are national monuments and have been furnished and equipped in a manner which is harmonious with their historical character.

Two 4-star properties are situated in Parsonage Street, Graaff-Reinet’s most historic street (stretching from Reinet House at one end to the Drostdy Hotel at the other). The 5-star house is situated in Cradock Street, sometimes described as “a mile of history”, being full of historic houses.

Kei Mouth - Peas on Earth

Peas on Earth offers guests a unique opportunity to enjoy a holiday with their best friends – their dogs and horses!

Our B&B comprises two units, both consisting of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, small lounge area and kitchenette. Each room has its own private access and private garden, verandah and braai area.

Peas on Earth is situated on Mpetukop Farm on the Komga Road, approximately 20km from the stunning beaches of Morgan Bay and Haga Haga, as well as from Kei Mouth – the gateway to the Wild Coast.

As horse and dog owners ourselves, we have become very aware of the limited availability of pet-friendly holiday accommodation and want to provide this service to others.

Kenton-On-Sea - Woodlands Country Cottages

Quaint wooden cabins and comfy restored Pottery Studio - all situated privately in natural bush surrounds - all with indoor bathrooms and added outdoor, open air, privately enclosed " Boma Baths". Enjoy a candlelit soak under the stars while the pooch dreams nearby.

The emphasis is on outdoor living in the summer months, breath in life, dream your goals and get up close and personal with nature or pooper scoop whilst birdwatching. Naturally, abundant birdlife -enjoy special moments with our inquisitve feathered friends as they gather around the individual cottage bird feeders. All titbits appreciated but not Fido's Faire!

All units are fully self-catering or choose the B&B option if preferred, served to your cottage or in the atmospheric Garden Room. Meals available to order. All linen is provided. Small Pub for guests' convenience. TV is available in each cottage. A choice of romantic "Couples' Cabins" or spacious Family Units.

Erin is a place of stoeps, sunsets, stars and silence, on the N9, 10 km south of Middelburg, Eastern Cape en-route to Graaff-Reinet. Middelburg stands on the eastern edge of the Great Karoo, the vast central plateau of South Africa, with landscapes on a grand scale, sweeping skies and wide horizons. Erin is safe and secure as well as child and pet-friendly.

Nieu-Bethesda - Outsiders and Allemann-se-Huisie

Sleeping up to 60 guests, Outsiders lies in the heart of the quaint Karoo hamlet, Nieu-Bethesda.

In all the en-suite B&B rooms, self-catering cottages and houses, pure cotton linen keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. On crisp frosty nights, snuggle up under woollen or down duvets and mohair blankets. With luck, you may wake up to a gentle sprinkling of snow.

Welcome to Paradise! The tranquil village of Beachview is situated 25 kms west of central Port Elizabeth. We are on the front row overlooking the ocean with an open plan self-catering family suite (a queen and 2 single beds).
