With the beach 7m from this apartment, the 36m2 unit is a cool sanctuary from the hot Gordon’s Bay summers. A magnificent Jacaranda tree shades the apartment as well as the barbeque and lawn, which is the playground for our own, as well as our guest’s doggies. Many a small pooch became socialized whilst visiting us, sharing this area with our own two Bichons. A timber garden gate leads from the driveway to the simplex. Parking is in front of the unit.
The apartment consists of a bedroom en-suite with a shower. The toilet and basin is in the next room. The open-plan kitchen / lounge area has 2 small beds and leads to a 6-seater timber balcony cantilevering towards the sea. The bedroom, lounge/kitchen and balcony have uninterrupted sea and mountain views with Table Mountain visible across False Bay.
Internet access as well as air conditioning in the bedroom is available on request. We have DSTV.
Pet Policy:
All well travelled, house-trained small dogs and caged birds welcome all year round. Pets sleep inside � bring own pet beds, bedding, food and bowls. Dogs must be tick and flea free upon arrival. Enclosed garden and easy access to walks. Consideration must be given to resident dogs. Charge for Pets: R25 per pet per day. Doggie Damages Deposit: None.
