Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
The house has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all with amazing views onto the deck and ocean. It is fitted with an electric oven and stove, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, ice-machine, microwave, double fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Fireplaces and heaters available. Fully stocked with all cutlery, crockery and glassware. Laundry room contains washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge comes complete with leather sofas, large smart TV with Netflix capabilities, and coffee table. Dining table easily seats 12 people. Games room comes with full size pool table, telescope for star gazing and a full stock of board games for your enjoyment. All leading out onto the deck, braai area and swimming pool.
The main deck area and swimming pool are located on a stunning beachfront spot and include a BBQ/braai, pizza oven, hot tub and retractable shade awning. The pool is solar-heated in summer and fully heated during winter. There is a pool table, darts board and a wide selection of games available. Wifi is available throughout the property and the kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to cook, whilst watching the ocean. Smart TV where you can log into your Netflix account, BOSE sound system and an indoor fire place. All bedrooms have a private TV with access to Netflix/Showmax and internet streaming.
The garden is fully enclosed and large enough to keep pets and children safe and happy. Dogs of all sizes are welcome, and the more the merrier! They are free to enjoy the garden, the beach and the house. Garden wraps around the property, giving one both front and back areas to enjoy. Pedestrian gates lead directly from the garden onto the beach. Guests can enjoy beach walks, hiking; birdwatching and visits to nearby wine farms.
Pet Policy:
All dog breeds, cats and caged birds are welcome all year round. Pets sleep in room. Beds and bowls provided. Dogs and cats must be tick and flea free on arrival. Enclosed garden / run available. Access to walks on estate and on a nearby petfriendly beach. No doggie damages deposit. Pets stay FREE.
