Raptor Rise offers self-catering accommodation just 6kms from the scenic and historic town of Tulbagh in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
Privately positioned at the foot of the farm is a fully equipped self-catering cottage complete with swimming pool and spectacular mountain views.
3 Bedrooms, all en-suite; open plan lounge and dining area plus a large covered patio, swimming pool with safety net, fully fitted & equipped kitchen plus double carport.
The main bedroom with queen size bed (extra length) and full en-suite bathroom opens onto a large covered patio and pool area. (Sleeps 2)
There is a second bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower/toilet. (Sleeps 2) There is also a Loft Bedroom with 4 single beds plus en-suite shower and ‘loo with a view’. (Sleeps 4)
Cozy lounge / dining area with large wood burning fireplace opening onto the patio and pool area.
Fully fitted kitchen equipped for 8 people and includes gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer plus all cutlery and crockery.
Large covered patio with braai/barbeque facilities overlooking the pool and exquisite mountain views.
Servicing of the cottage is optional at an additional fee.
PET POLICY: All dogs welcome all year round. Dogs sleep inside; bring own dog beds, bedding and bowls. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be free of ticks and fleas. Easy access to walks; dogs must be leashed at all times when outside. Consideration must be given to resident dogs and wildlife. CHARGE for Pets: R25 per pet per night. Doggie Damages Deposit required: NONE.
